CASC Listed Class-A Company in Central SOE Evaluation

BEIJING, Aug. 8. (China Space News) — China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) was ranked among the top performing centrally-administered state-owned enterprises in 2010, State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC) said at a seminar.
CASC has been graded as an A-rated company every year since SASAC introduced the performance evaluation system. In this year's assessment, CASC ranked among the best in terms of, but not only, total profits and economic value added.
A total of 47 companies among 121 SOEs reporting to the central government last year were given the A rating, accounting for 38.84 percent.
