BEIJING, June 15 (China Space News) — Beijing Shenzhou Aerospace Software Technololy Co., Ltd. and French software company Dassault Systemes S.A. signed a strategic cooperation memorandum in Beijing on June 9, in an effort to expand their cooperation in informatization.
The memo was signed by Lei Fanpei, president of Shenzhou Software Co., and Bernard Charles, CEO of Dassault Systemes S.A.
With Dassault Systemes' advanced technology and products, Shenzhou Software Co. will be able to play a better role in supporting the informatization of China's aerospace industry, Lei said at the signing ceremony.
Lei said he hoped that the two sides would seize this opportunity to discuss setting up a joint technology center together and carry out some demonstration projects. Such moves would help construct a sustainable partnership between the companies, he added.
Bernard said the memo was an important step for Dassault. The company would provide China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation with industry-leading solutions for research, development and production, as well as first-class service to promote its informatization development, he said.
