CASC Quality Management Innovation Base Opens

BEIJING, June 15 (China Space News) — China Association for Quality (CAQ) opened a quality management innovation at China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) on June 10. The base is expected to help strengthen collaboration in quality management between companies and tap resources in a better way.
The base was opened by Chen Bangzhu, president of CAQ and Ma Xingrui, president of CASC. Mr. Ma gave a speech, expressing his appreciation to CAQ for its support to CASC in regard to quality management.
"The establishment of the quality management innovation base marks a closer partnership between CAQ and CASC in quality management," said Mr. Ma, adding that the base also lays a sound platform for CASC to improve its quality management, which would improve the corporation's innovation capacity.
Mr. Chen said in his speech that CAQ would enhance cooperation with CASC and promote their research results to better serve other enterprises.
Secretary General of CAQ, Qi Weiming, and vice president of CASC, Yuan Jie, also attended the opening ceremony.
