Ma Xingrui Meets Kazakhstan Delegation

BEIJING, May. 25 (China Space News) — At the invitation of the Communist Party of China (CPC), a Kazakhstan delegation headed by Nurlan Nigmatulin, vice chairman of Kazakhstan's ruling Nur Otan party arrived in China May 22 for an official visit.

Nigmatulin and his delegation, accompanied by Ma Xingrui, president of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), visited the product R&D facilities at China Academy of Space Technology (CAST) in the morning of May 24.

Mr. Ma welcomed Nigmatulin and the delegation to CASC, saying that thanks to the efforts made by the two governments, China and Kazakhstan have maintained sound cooperation over the past years.

Mr. Ma recalled the friendly talks he had with Talgat Musabayev, head of Kazakhstan National Space Agency when he visited CASC in May, adding that he believed the vice chairman's visit would boost the two countries' cooperation in aerospace.

Speaking positively on the fast development of China's space cause, Nigmatulin wished a greater success for its future development.

Nigmatulin added that he hoped the two nations would further strengthen cooperation in aerospace to contribute to a mutual progress in this regard.
