BEIJING, July.1 (China Space News) -- On June 29, 2017, to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Hong Kong's return, the Chinese Society of Astronautics held a conference on the establishment of the Satellite Commercial Application Committee and a ceremony of the opening of the Asia Pacific Office in Hong Kong.

This is the first IAF Technical Committee led by China, and is a breakthrough for China's participation in international organizations’ activities. The Committee will promote the standardized and large-scale development of global satellite commercial applications in the near future.
