BEIJING, July 25 (China Space News) — Yuan Jie, vice president of China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC), has been elected president and legal representative of the China Institute of Space Law (CISL).

The appointment was announced at the second session of the Third Council of CISL. The council also said Yuan Jiajun would step down from the above position as he had been appointed to another position.
