BEIJING, March 16 (China Space News)  -- After the outbreak of COVID-19, China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (CASC) donated 25 million yuan to Hubei and other regions for the fight against the novel coronavirus. The subsidiaries of CASC also donated materials and money, combating the spread of the coronavirus.

Responding to a call of the CPC Central Committee to all Party members, CASC employees, on the job or retired, made voluntary contributions through multiple channels.

A total of 72,385 members of the Communist Party of China (CPC) had made voluntary donations of 9.093 million yuan for the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) epidemic prevention and control as of March 5.
