Actively carrying out the strategy of invigorating the enterprise through human resources development, CASC has established a series of effective mechanisms for talent training, and formed a technical team of excellent scientists and technicians, a management team of outstanding entrepreneurs, and a production team of highly-skilled workers. Now CASC has 31 academicians of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) and Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), over 100 national experts, and more than 2600 experts winning the special government allowance.
